The good news is that I'm not diabetic. Plus, the doctor did actually research a new med for me and got back to me on it, just like he said he would.
The disappointment is that my insurance company has this problem where their left hand knows what their right hand is doing (long story), and it may turn out that one of the few doctors I've ever actually LIKED (I'm a picky bitch when it comes to the medical field) might not actually be covered.
