If you can't remember the security code that YOU YOURSELF placed on your account, and refuse to have your social security number on file with your federally regulated service provider, do NOT give me an attitude about having to verify some bizarre, obscure aspect of your account before I will make changes to your account, and then complain to me that your life is too friggin' complicated.
Dude, you did it to yourself.
Oh, and BTW... in just 5 short minutes, I was able to find out where you work, where you went to college and what you do for a living, not to mention a marginally flattering photo of you - and I'm not by any means tech-savvy. So don't think you're doing yourself any favors. Because if I can find all that in a few minutes, just think what someone else can find.

when I need a SS# for a credit check for new service I tell them I need it to see if I can waive their deposit. I always try to stay at least 3 steps ahead of the customer.
