I stayed home today. I've had a VERY stressful week at work, so stressful that my acid reflux was acting up and I didn't get much sleep last night. I stayed home because I didn't feel I could go to work, work the full day and make it home fully awake behind the wheel (well, and I still feel kinda shitty). With an hour drive each way, that's a very real concern when you're dead tired. So would this count as a sick day or a brain day? Or did me being sick force me into a brain day? I'm not sure.
Maybe I'll go take a nap and sleep on it.
