Out of nowhere, a coworker I respect very much came to me and told me that she really admires the way I do my job and that she thinks I'm "one of the better ones" in the department. :) She just made my day.
It's the little things, I tell ya. So I pose a challenge - if there's someone at your place of employment who you feel does a great job, tell them! You just might make someone's day.
