Customer: I need to reset my password, please?

Me: Okay then, what would you like your new password to be? Passwords shouldbe between 5 and 8 alphanumeric characters long.
Customer: So it needs to be 8 letters long?
Me: Yes, between 5 and 8 letters and/or numbers long.
Customer: Can it have numbers, too?
Me: Yes, it can letters and/or numbers.
Customer: Okay, I'd like it to be 5420millbranch.
Me: I'm sorry ma'am, that's 13 characters long.
